Terms and Conditions
By availing research services, the client confirms that they have subscribed to the services of Gobinath N (SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Registration No: INH000023029) at their own discretion.
Research services shall be provided in accordance with SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
Client Information and KYC
Clients shall provide complete and accurate details as required. The Research Analyst may collect and verify KYC details as per SEBI guidelines.
Standard Terms of Service
The client acknowledges:
- They have understood the terms and fee structure
- Services are for personal use and decision-making
- All investments are subject to market risks
- No assurance of returns is provided
- No claims can be made for losses incurred
Declaration by Research Analyst
- Registered with SEBI under RA Regulations
- Possesses valid certifications and qualifications
- Services comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maximum fee: ₹1,51,000 per annum per family (as per SEBI)
- No guarantee of returns is provided
- No conflicting business activities affecting independence
Fees and Payment
Clients shall pay fees as agreed via invoice using approved payment modes such as bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payments are not accepted.
Risk Factors
Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Clients are advised to read all relevant documents carefully before investing.
Conflict of Interest
The Research Analyst may have financial interests in recommended securities. Any such conflict will be disclosed as per SEBI regulations.
No compensation is received from companies covered in research reports.
Termination and Refund
Services may be suspended or terminated if SEBI registration is affected. Fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period.

Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
- RA cannot execute trades on behalf of clients
- Fees capped as per SEBI limits
- Advance fees allowed up to 1 year
- Refund applicable for unused period
- No guaranteed returns or risk-free investments
- Clients must not share OTPs or account credentials
- All decisions are client’s responsibility
